8-year-old child slain by gunfire on the South Side
CHICAGO report says ; According to authorities, an 8-year-old boy died after a shooting on Chicago’s South Side.
The 3800 block of South Rhodes Avenue was the scene of the shooting. The youngster was inside a house with other people, according to the police, when the incident took place.
The youngster was brought to Comers Children’s Hospital where he was declared dead after police claimed he had been shot in the head.
