Debra Meece Death – Douglas Lee Mutters and Debra Meece were the two individuals found dead in Kentucky, according to the Laurel County Coroner’s confirmation. On Monday, December 18, 2023, two bodies were discovered in Laurel County; an investigation is in progress. A man called the London-Laurel County Communications Center to say that he had heard from a friend who lived in Laurel County, telling him that he had shot his girlfriend. Officers were sent to the house right away.
After securing a search warrant, the Laurel County Special Response Team arrived at the location and went inside the house. When authorities entered the house, they discovered a 47-year-old woman in the master bedroom who seemed to have been shot in the face. In the same bedroom, a 49-year-old male was discovered suffering from an apparent self-inflicted gunshot wound. Investigations into the incident are still ongoing.
