Estrada-Gonzalez Obituary, Death Cause: Hit and Run Suspect Arrested; Involved Vehicle Located. The City of Turlock Police Department confirmed the arrest of the driver involved in a fatal hit-and-run on Tuesday afternoon.

On Wednesday, October 13, 2022, at approximately 10:30 a.m., the driver involved in Tuesday afternoon’s fatal hit-and-run collision walked into the Turlock Police Department to turn himself in, police said. The driver has been identified as Armando Michael Arreola, a 25-year-old Turlock resident.

The 83-year-old victim has been identified as Santiago Estrada-Gonzalez and is now confirmed to have resided in Delhi.
