Farmington Hills doctor charged for sexually assaulting with patient

According to FARMINGTON HILLS report- A Farmington Hills doctor was charged after police say he sexually assaulted a 19-year-old male patient during a medical exam.

Four counts of criminal sexual conduct in the third degree (with force or coercion) and three counts of criminal sexual conduct in the fourth degree have been brought against Dr. Zvi Levran (force or coercion).

The male victim, 19, reportedly told police that on October 18, 2022, while receiving medical attention in the doctor’s home office, he was sexually assaulted.

According to the police, Dr. Levran has helped minor hockey teams in Minnesota and Michigan with their medical needs for the past 20 years.

Today, Dr. Levran was charged and released on a $100,000 cash/surety bond. If he posts bond, he will be released with a GPS tether, restricted to his house but allowed to leave for employment or other emergencies, not allowed to leave the state of Michigan, and not allowed to interact with kids.

Investigators say they are concerned that other patients may have had similar experiences with Dr. Levran but may not have yet come forward.
