The matriarch of the Bronner’s Christmas Wonderland family has died at the age of 95.
Frankenmuth’s famous Bronner Christmas Wonderland is owned by the Bronner family, whose matriarch died over the weekend. As of Sunday, Erin Bronner was 95 years old.

Irene Bronner Obituary
Before going to the store with her husband, she was a teacher at Frankenmuth Public Schools and Buena Vista, according to her obituary. During Bronner’s years, she served on the store’s board of directors and many other roles. She also works closely with Wallace and Erin Bronner and the Family Charitable Foundation.
Irene Bronner Husband & Children
Irene and her husband Wally Bronner opened the world’s largest Christmas store in 1951. Irene is survived by four children, as well as grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
Irene Bronner Funeral Service
Funeral services will take place on Saturday, October 22 at 11 a.m. at St. Lorenz Lutheran Church.
