Jack Meacham Car Accident Death: The Carmel High School community is in mourning following the tragic death of Jack Meacham. 

The 31-year-old head boys lacrosse coach was involved in a fatal car accident on August 22, 2023, while driving on State Road 38 and Six Points Road in Sheridan. 

Who Was Jack Meacham?

Jack Meacham, a 31-year-old individual, tragically passed away due to a fatal car accident. He was the head boys lacrosse coach at Carmel High School. Originally from Naperville, Illinois, Jack was employed at True Lacrosse Nation and was married.

Jack Meacham Cause of Death

According to Carmel Clay Schools, Jack Meacham, Aged 31, tragically lost his life in a car accident on a Tuesday night. The incident occurred at the intersection of State Road 38 and Six Points Road in Sheridan, where deputies from the Hamilton County Sheriff’s Office responded to a two-vehicle collision. The details of Jack Meachum’s obituary are yet to be released by his family. Upon their arrival, deputies discovered Meachum’s SUV in a ditch and another car, which had its roof removed, by the side of the road. Regrettably, Meachum passed away at the scene. Brennan Smith, the driver of the second car and aged 26, from Sheridan, also tragically lost his life shortly after being transported to an Indianapolis hospital.
