Jamie Gillespie Obituary, Death Cause: Sergeant Jamie Gillespie #10784 of the Wellington County (Rockwood) Detachment, passed away on Tuesday, November 1, 2022. His cause of death was not disclosed.
Jamie commenced his career with the OPP on June 25, 2001, through the Experienced Police Officer (EPO) and was posted to Wellington County (Guelph) Detachment.
On September 3, 2003, Jamie transferred to the Provincial Emergency Response Team (PERT) later to be known as UCRT (USAR/CBRNE). He was promoted to Sergeant on October 25, 2010.
On August 29, 2106, Jamie was transferred to Wellington County (Rockwood) Detachment.
He is survived by his wife Svetlana and his children Madigan and Emelia.
