John Phillips Obituary – Two people were fatally shot on Cherokee Road in Belton, according to reports. One of the victims has been identified as Randall Moon, a resident of Belton, South Carolina. According to reports, Randall Moon passed away from injuries sustained in the shooting incident. John Phillips of Anderson, South Carolina was also confirmed dead. However, his cause of death has not been confirmed.

Officers were dispatched to a residence on Cherokee Road in Belton following a 911 report of a shooting resulting in injuries. Upon reaching the location, law enforcement discovered two individuals who had sustained gunshot wounds. John Phillips has not been identified as one of the shooting victims.

Deputies, detectives, and emergency medical services are presently present at the scene. It is currently assessed that the shooting is an isolated occurrence, and there is no perceived risk or danger to the local community.

John Phillips was born in Anderson, South Carolina and he lived in Spartanburg, South Carolina. He graduated from McDuffie High School. After high school, John went on to study at Tri-County Technical College.

He had a funny and unique personality and was never afraid to show it and his friends loved that about him. John was described by his friends as someone always ready for a laugh.

Randall Moon was born and raised in Anderson, South Carolina. He graduated from Westside High School. After high school, he went on to study at Everyday Life. He was the Former Co-owner at Moon’s Tile Marble & Stone Inc.

He was a perfect example of what it means to be a wonderful person. Randall had a calming presence and was extremely kind, he touched the hearts of so many and was an inspiration to everyone who knew him.
