Cannon was 26 when he was struck and killed by a car early Tuesday morning in Dayton.
Cannon was reportedly struck by a car while walking on the 500 block of Beatrice Avenue and fled the scene around 2 a.m. Tuesday.
Cannon was pronounced dead of blunt force trauma. No one has been arrested in connection with the incident so far.
Police said they were looking for a dark-colored SUV that was driven on Beatrice Drive between Brandt Pike and Harshman Road at about 1.30 am on Tuesday.
