After allegedly walking around a pool in her underwear, Nikita Dragun allegedly bound herself to a door handle. She allegedly followed up by spraying water on police and security personnel at Miami Beach.
The transgender celebrity was taken into custody Monday night on a felony charge of violence against a police officer. She appeared to be overindulging in fun at The Goodtime Hotel.
The officials provided a report, which TMZ has access to. It describes how police officers got to the hotel, where there was a disturbance and a crazy situation. This complaint claims that Nikita had been causing disturbances in the hotel’s neighborhood for extended periods of time. She had once been exposed near the hotel’s swimming pool.
The hotel’s security team reported to authorities that Nikita disobeyed orders to quit disturbing the peace. They also allege that she poured water on someone on purpose.
After arriving on the scene, officers and security went up to Nikita’s room. They claim to have heard music playing loudly within the space.
According to the police report, Nikita opened the door after repeated knocks. Nikita slammed the door in their faces when security instructed her to close it or they would ask her to leave the hotel.
Nikita reportedly answered the door and asked the security guards if they needed more when the police showed up. The security guard and the police were then allegedly doused with water when she allegedly swung a water bottle. Her arrest resulted from this.
Nikita was arrested for misdemeanor battery, misdemeanor disorderly conduct, and misdemeanor battery on a law enforcement officer. For a $5,000 bond, she was taken into custody at the Turner Guilford Knight Correctional Facility in Miami-Dade.
So yet, there has been no indication that Nikita’s camp has responded to our questions.
