A vehicle was reportedly washed away by flood and one was found dead in the vehicle, as the members of the Philippine National Police (PNP) and Bureau of Fire Protection (BFP) retrieved a vehicle that was swept away by a flashflood in Barangay Jalaud Norte in Zarraga, Iloilo at around 7:10 AM on Sunday.
Report shows that the car passenger was found dead inside the vehicle while the driver managed to get out of the vehicle.
