Police are investigating an officer-involved in a gunshot that happened behind Love’s Parking Lot
According to the TROY, Texas report – Investigators are looking into a shooting that involved a U-Haul truck driver and police officers from Troy and Temple.
According to a representative of the Texas Department of Public Safety, Hill County authorities saw a U-Haul on Monday night and thought it was the San Antonio truck that had been the subject of an Amber warning.
In the vicinity of Troy, Texas, behind Love’s Truck Stop, police pursued the U-Haul into Church Street.
According to a DPS representative, the individual in the U-Haul was struck by bullets from two Temple and one Troy police department officers.
Transported to Baylor Scott and White Temple was the hurt man. The individual is not a suspect in the event that sparked the Amber alert, according to DPS, which has not yet received an update on his condition.
