According to the Sacramento County Sheriff, a 14-year-old child was found shot dead on Friday night.
According to officials, a 911 caller reported hearing gunshots at around 9:08 p.m. and discovering the adolescent lying in their front yard.
The little victim had at least one gunshot wound when deputies arrived at the house in the 3700 block of Lenore Way. He was saved, but he passed away at the scene, according to authorities.
What caused the occurrence remains unknown. After informing the family, the victim’s name will be made public, according to the authorities.
