A man was reportedly arrested over a murder case after another man died following an assault in Wolverhampton this Sunday morning, October 30, 2022.

The Wolverhampton police were reportedly called over a fight involving two men in Nine Elms Lane. Officers attended and found one man with serious injuries.
The fight led to the death of the man in his 50s who was sadly pronounced dead at the scene.
This afternoon we arrested a 35-year-old man on suspicion of murder and he remains in custody for questioning. A cordon has been set up as we carry out a forensic examination of the area, with officers making house-to-house inquiries and CCTV footage is being reviewed.
