Two Children Injured In A House Shooting At Bedford County, Suspect Identified

Two children were victims of the shooting in Bedford County on Monday morning, the two children were rushed to the hospital.

Officers reported that the shooting in Bedford County Monday morning was a homicide attempt made at a home on Oct. 24.

Pennsylvania State Police Bedford and Everett stations were sent to a report of a homicide attempt at the home on the 1400 block of Rock Hill Church Road in Monroe Township.

The officers were able to free five children within the home. Two of them had been shot and were sent to the hospital. Three were uninjured.

The alleged shooter was located a short time later in Fulton County and was found dead from a self-inflicted gunshot wound.
