Wilfredo Arevalo Medford, Man died in deadly East Boston stabbing

Wilfredo Arevalo Death – On Friday, December 15, 2023, at about 6:39 AM, police from District A-7 (East Boston) responded to the 186 Gove Street neighborhood in response to a complaint of a stabbing victim. Officers found an adult male with potentially fatal stabbing wounds when they arrived. After being taken by Boston Emergency Medical Services to a nearby hospital, the victim was declared dead.

Since then, Wilfredo Landaverde Arevalo, 34, of Medford, Massachusetts , has been identified as the victim. The facts and circumstances surrounding this incident are being aggressively examined by the Homicide Unit of the Boston Police Department. No arrests have been reportedly made and no suspect information was released by the police.
